Your teachers leave certified. Your students leave with agents they built.
An 8-session AI Agent Direction programme designed for Hong Kong secondary schools. Spans ≥3 subjects and ≥2 student levels — fully meeting EDB cross-curriculum requirements. Teachers are certified to run future cohorts independently.
What participants leave with
Concrete outcomes. Not course completions.
Build and operate their own personal AI agent on AskJary — a live platform they keep using after the programme ends.
Teachers certified to run the programme independently for future student cohorts — reducing ongoing cost and building in-house expertise.
Cross-curriculum integration across ≥3 subjects (English, History, Science, and more) — directly satisfying EDB cross-curriculum AI requirements and qualifying under both permitted funding categories.
A student showcase event — with documented AI projects teachers can present to IMC, parents, and EDB inspections as evidence of innovation.
The programme
8 sessions. From zero to operating agents.
Each session builds on the last. By Session 4, every participant has a running agent. By Session 8, they know how to direct it for their subject and facilitate student projects.
What is an AI agent — and how do you direct one?
Cross-curriculumParticipants can distinguish between AI tools, AI assistants, and AI agents. They understand what "directing" an agent means — giving it goals, context, and constraints — and why this skill is transferable across every subject they teach.
First contact with AskJary — your agent platform
Technology & ComputingParticipants set up their AskJary account, explore the platform's core concepts (Hub, Agent, Crew), and build their first simple agent using a guided template. By end of session, every participant has a live, responding agent.
Building an agent for a real school task
Cross-curriculumEach participant identifies one repeating task in their own workflow — lesson planning, feedback drafting, resource curation — and builds an agent to handle it. They leave with an agent already saving them time on a real job.
Language and Humanities — AI as a writing and research partner
English · Chinese · HistoryParticipants direct agents to support essay feedback, source analysis, and structured argument scaffolding. They learn to set appropriate constraints so the agent assists student thinking rather than replacing it — a critical academic integrity skill.
STEM — AI as a lab assistant and data interpreter
Science · Mathematics · TechnologyParticipants build agents that help students structure hypothesis-testing, interpret data sets, and explain scientific concepts at different difficulty levels. They direct the agent to adapt its explanations to student proficiency — differentiation at scale.
Integrating AI direction into your teaching workflow
Professional DevelopmentParticipants map their own weekly workflow and identify three integration points where an agent creates the most leverage — not busywork, but high-value repetitive tasks. They build a personal operating system using AskJary that saves measurable time each week.
Facilitating student AI projects — guidance without dependency
Cross-curriculum · Project-based LearningParticipants learn how to assign, scope, and assess student AI agent projects. They leave with a facilitation framework — including rubrics, milestone checkpoints, and a safe-use policy template — ready to run a student cohort from the next term.
Showcase, certification, and what comes next
All subjects · CertificationEach participant presents their agent and the use case it solves. Jary Academy Teacher Certification awarded. Teachers receive their independent facilitation pack. The school leaves with a documented AI programme ready to present to parents, IMC, and EDB.
Teacher certification
Certified to run. Not just to attend.
Jary Academy Teacher Certification is awarded to teachers who complete the 8-session programme and pass a practical assessment — demonstrating they can direct an AI agent, facilitate a student project, and apply safe-use principles. Certified teachers receive the full facilitation pack (session guides, rubrics, AskJary workspace configuration) and are authorised to run future student cohorts at their school independently. This is what makes the programme a one-time investment with compounding returns: the expertise stays in the school.
Funding may be available
Funding may be available for eligible schools through government schemes including the AI for Empowering Learning and Teaching Funding Programme (智啟學教). Our programme qualifies under both permitted funding categories, meaning schools can access full value from a single application. Speak to us to confirm your school's eligibility before you submit.
